Design Template

Place the template in your Custom Office Templates folder, usually C:\Users\<owner>\Documents\Custom Office Templates

Windows: Click the File menu and select New if you have a document open. On the New window, click the CUSTOM tab (Office 2019 and later) or the Personal tab (Office 2016 and earlier) to display your custom templates, and then click the template to open it.

macOS: Click the File menu and select New from Template if you have a document open, and then click your template.

Removing duplicate SRM requests and notifications for DWP

When End users submit requests from DWP service catalog, the end users will see two req’s for same request. One would be DWP req (1234) and another one would be SRM Req number (REQxxxxxxx123). This will also trigger duplicate notifications to end users.

This will happen when we have Create Request on Submit is set Yes for respective modules.

The Requirement is to avoid duplicate SRM request and SRM Notifications to End user.

Replace Function

Create a nested replace function. Used in DWPA Requests to send text information to fulfullment records or third-party systems (i.e. Remedy, Jira) from variables of type 'Select'.
