As Partner IT’s Co-Founder and Managing Partner, Robert brings 20+ years of ITSM solution experience and leadership to the team. As Managing Partner Robert is responsible for partner relations and business development. Prior to Partner IT, Robert successfully delivered ITSM solutions to organizations in the Healthcare, Retail, Finance, Government and Education sectors, with the company Ingenuity Professional Services.
Robert earned a degree in International Business from Dickinson College. He is also ITIL certified.

Associate Partner
As Associate Partner, Dwight brings 20+ years of leadership and ITSM consulting, along with 30+ years in management consulting. His roles have been varied from Internal Auditor to Problem Manager to Solution Architect to Leadership Coach. Dwight successfully led and managed service delivery transformations with dramatic improvements in team performance in the public and private sectors.
As Associate Partner, Dwight is responsible for best practice methodologies for all Partner IT client engagements.
Dwight earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Calgary. He is also PROSCI Change Practitioner, PRINCE2 Practitioner, and ITIL certified.

Partner
As Senior Partner, Christine brings over 20 years of management and services consulting experience. She successfully led and managed several projects with Accenture Consulting services before joining Ingenuity Professional Services in 2006. Christine led and implemented ITSM installations and upgrades for a variety of customers in Healthcare, Retail and Government. As Senior Partner, Christine is responsible for Operations and Support Services.
Christine earned a B.S. in Computer Science and a B.A. in African Religion at Dickinson College.

As Associate Partner, Samir brings 20+ years of experience in ITSM consulting. Samir is a multi-skilled, results driven professional with over 20 years’ experience in guiding teams to implement and support high-value, complex enterprise applications.
Samir is responsible for offshore team and delivering automation and integrations for Partner IT client engagements. Before Joining PartnerIT Samir was part of BMC Software for a decade where he built teams for support and consulting business units.
Samir earned a BSc degree from the Berhampur University.
